Stress Less! Program Overview
Stress Less! is intended to assist students in developing coping mechanisms for daily stressors through the arts and various activities while in a welcoming, safe environment. The Logan County Art Center, in collaboration with local agencies and guest artists, will facilitate the workshops.
WHO: Students in grades 5 through 9 for the 2025-2026 school year.
WHAT: Stress Less! has grown from a six-week summer program to both an after-school program and a summer camp.
Summer camp will be a week-long, all-immersive arts experience.
WHEN: SUMMER CAMP June 23,24,25,26,27
WHERE: Workshops will be held at the Holland Theatre (127 E. Columbus Ave. Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311)
MEET THE TEAM: The Stress Less! team consists of professionals across multiple artistic disciplines collaborating to create an enriching, enjoyable, and unique program to benefit the local youth. The group includes:

Alayna Levingston Community Health & Wellness Partners Team Care Case Manager and Music Therapist

HOW: Please consider nominating your student for Stress Less! if your student:
Responds well to the arts
Has an interest in one or more of the art forms
Would benefit from tools to help with day-to-day stressors
All levels of experience in the arts are welcome.
